Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Yes, technically you can - with pshop.

    However, I wouldn't want to be in your shoes if the photographer found out you were digitally altering his copyrighted intellectual property and redistributing it.

    I would think the photographer might have issues with the redistribution of his photos in general, shopped or not...I don't think a tattoo removal is worth worrying about, especially since pics are shopped into sigs all the time.
