    yeah, cause by law they were suppose to notify the district attorney to oversee the crime scene it's investigation because the sheriff cannot investigate a case involving themselves. They never did and they tried to hush up the other sheriffs that arrived on the scene immediately after the accident. So they didn't even bother taking statements of what happen to one of their own let alone question him. Now they refuse to testify against one of their own.
