Definitely, I wish I had some cash stashed away. You can buy houses right now for pennies on the dollar and only people with outstanding credit can get a mortgage. People that have money will be able make a killing off of real estate in the next few years.

 

Fell asleep after my lack of sleep last night, snapped awake all hyper-aware and shit, started closing stuff down, transferring files, getting changed, so that i can go to pick up my folks from the airport.

Then i remembered.

That's tomorrow.

I was looking for a wave, but i saw him first.

How true. But the fact i haven't had any sleep but that since yesterday morning might have something to do with it as well.

I was only asleep for about 15 minutes; i was downloading something, and i woke up just as it finished.

 

Not really - that's the way our economy works. Look at the drepression, stock market crash, etc... The people that have cash (not stock) during those times invested in the upper middle class people to help them get through - when the economy comes back - which in time it will - those investments pay back in 2 or 3 times fold.

I meant that over leveraged speculators contributed greatly to the morgage crisis.

 

Nah; utilising the old travellers trick; tough it out till the sun goes down and it's a respectable `night` hour, 9 or 10 pm, then sleep a regular interval. Should get me back on track.

If i crash now, i'll be up all night, and be wasted come tomorrow afternoon on my airport run. Which would be bad.
