    I spent the bulk of monday finishing up that kitchen job, came home and crashed hard, only to wake up 4 hours later. :? Was awake again at ten in the evening and started doing housework... Long story short I was up 22 hours, crashed hard again and still woke up 5 hours later! :(

    I'm trying to get on a normal sleep schedule but my brain and body are totally out of sync. It's frustrating. I'll try again tonight.
