Arizona and Indiana don't change their clocks because each state is on a time zone boundry. For Indiana, they switch between Eastern Standard and Central Daylight time. For Arizona, they flop between Mountain Standard and Pacific Daylight time. In both cases though they are still consistent with one timezione or the other.
