    You all don't have easy access to coconut? It's everywhere here and pretty cheap. The chocolate in the cake is not the same chocolate you are accostumed to either, it made from condensed milk and vanilla extract which gives it a very sweet taste - it's light brown but tatse nothing like milk chocoloate.

    Well you get coconuts in supermarkets, just as citrus fruits. But they aren't cultivated in Europe.

    They're grown in several places over here. You can whole coconuts or bags of it that have been processed for baking.

    Yes, I always vote - even for local elections. I won't say my views here because I don't want to start a political arguement. It's true that most of the time a lot of Americans don't vote though. I suspect this year will be different because of the controversy of the candadates - you know 1st african - american pres or first femal vice pres.
