Hi peeps!

 

I don't like remodeling - especially if i'm still living in the house. I'm not very good with wood so I get frustrated.

Everyone on ESPN had LSU going back to the National Championship game till they lost to Georgia Saturday. They still are saying that it will be just about impossible for Bama to remain undefeated - which is possible. We have a crutch game this weekend for homecoming then LSU at LSU, then Auburn. If we win just one of the SEC games we'll be in the SEC Championship game against either Florida or Georgia. Still a tuff road ahead.

Not much Bama, just finished cleaning up the apartement. The place looked like shit earlier.

I've never watched American football. A friend of a friend plays it for a local club. He's half man half machine.

I wouldn't survive 5 mins I guess.

How are you today?

He doesn't live in the house, he's got a condo. Not much in the way of woodwork in the baths. Vanities and shower/tubs and alot of tile work, both floor and wall. We're going to install heated floors too.

Sports prognosticators can bite me. That said, they're probably right about Alabama going undefeated, but you can say that about any team and be correct 99.999999% of the time - so big whoop. Both Florida and Georgia gave clinics on how to beat LSU. I'm not saying Alabama is gonna blow 'em out big time, but you never know.

I'm obsessed with it. I played football and baseball all through school and loved every minute of it. Except when I hurt ofcourse. I can't wait every year till the season rolls around.

Thats good. I remember you saying you were helping him remodel it, I though this was a different place.

You're right - you never know. It'll be tuff to go out unbeated but I feel like as long as we get our nose guard back before the LSU game it's very possible. The team has a different attitude than i've seen since back when Gene Stallings was coaching for them. They got confidence in themselves and each other as a team - something you don't see in college football very much anymore. Players now-a-days think more of themself than the team.

They've looked pretty good so far. They need to pick up the pace in the second half with more consistency, but yeah, they look very gelled otherwise. I grin big time everytime I see a winning score from them on Saturday, knowing you're just having a great time because of it!

47F with 15 mph north winds here today, very cool. Supposed to be back up to 60 tomorrow. If not I probably wont golf.

 

It's warmer than normal for this time of year for us right now, and trust me, I ain't complainin'!

 

Did you watch the Tennessee game? They played 4 quarters for the first time all year. I think they have set their goals on the championship now and didn't have them set so high at the beginning of the year. Now they think they can actually achive it.
