    China ain't shit. All they do is produce a bunch of crap. They don't take a political lead on anything. For now, they're content to sit around and watch.
    If the US has no political clout anymore, then why are we always expected to take the lead on political issues? Europe never does - until the US says something, and then they weigh in with an opposite opinion. It gets kind of old. IMO.

    The US will always be the economic leader as long as we are the largest consumer. Don't let the economic crisis fool you. This country has more buying power than Europe and China combined.

    Not everyone on Wall Street is losing money. Many sectors are doing just fine. Energy, tobacco and food/agricultural companies are making money hand over fist and their shareholders are laughing all the way to the bank. At least the ones that are still operating. :p
