The thing you tend to forget in all of this is the fact that the intel we acted on wasn't just from the U.S. If there's even a hint of terrorist activity with these fucks, I want them locked up. you misread me buddy. I never said i am defending him with my life. I said my rights as a citizen to a speedy trial and one where i am not held in a box for years without a trial is a right i would fight for.

Should ANY citizen be treated this way? If he is an enemy of the state put him on trial, and if found guilty hang him i do not care. But is the way he was treated something ANY US Citizen should have to go through?
