I hate eating out in restaurants, just makes me uncomfortable.

 

Works for me.

Some are more accomodating than others. I generally don't like being waited on, I get impatient if the service is slow. I like being ablr to get what I want when I need it, that's why I learned to cook well. Being a bachelor, it's a big plus.

 

Fair point, I prefer to just order the shit over the phone, pick it up and scoff it down when I get home. Not be sitting there for over a hour eating a 'course' every 20 minutes.

Also, practically, the net is faster before about 2pm here. Gets slow and sticky from about then till 10 or 11 pm. Fucking Chinese.

It was bad, but it's got a lot fucking worse the last couple of weeks. Every time - EVERY TIME - you click a resized image to full, it gives you some fucking pop up. Or you get one of those little boxes in the right hand corner `click me so i can fuck up your hard drive`

Can't we just ban imagevenue and be done with it?

 

Plus, it's quiet.

I wish. The only thing they have going for them is there pics stay up forever, which is kind of hard to overlook.

So many people do things in relation to their kids that confuse and horrify me.

Procreation is the basic requirement of humanity, that's a given. Strip away all the societally imposed shit, and that's the basic motivator. Why else would our bodies fit together like a ying-yang?

I always say that any idiot with sufficient motility and a faulty condom can be a father. It takes actual effort, presence, blood, sweat and tears, and a little love, to be a dad. My father, who is also my dad, taught me that.

 

imagehaven confuses me. Plus, when you open like more than 8 at a time, the rest time out. Imagebam is simple, quick and easy to use. Unless you're hayd and you can't figure out how to scale instead of crop.

 

It's not just fathers, it's mothers as well. If you love your kids you just don't do stuff like that. You make sacrifices - and they're all worth it. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to be a good parent, just use common sense, be thoughtful and never forget that your kids depend on you for everything, and that they love you unconditionally if you get it right most of the time.

I don't usually open more than 5 images at a time. What I like about imagebam is the gallery option. Just open one window and click 'next'... hayd is just intellectually lazy I believe. Every now and then he'll surprise me with a flash of genius I don't otherwise see most of the time.

I've always thought mothers to mums is easier than fathers to dads, what with the nine months, symbiotic thing. Not to mention that whole `excruciating pain so i won't forget when you were born` thing. But the nine months and the pain always struck me as an evolutionary development, something which bonds mother to child, through both mental and biological necessity.

 

I'm still short a third for Member of the Year.
