Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Memphis was my favourite place, by far.
    So much history.
    I could have spent a year there without getting bored, and god damn, those Southernish accents get me every time (i call it the 'Jessica Simpson syndrome').

    New York was an interesting experience.
    I thought Australian women were forthright and outspoken, but boy, New York women are feisty.
    I swear every second one was a Leah Remini clone.

    Boston gets a mention just for the accents, which are absolutely killer.

    I also loved Toronto, mainly because it made me feel like i was at home (Canadians are a lot more similar to Australians than Americans are).

    Another thing i loved was just how cheap food was all over the country.
    A lot of it is crap (but i still ate it), but i couldn't get over how much value i got for my money.

    Thankfully the Aussie dollar had parity with the US dollar then, so i could afford to spend up, but now the Aussie dollar is only worth about 70 US cents, so if i'd gone now i'd struggle to survive, money wise.

    I've never seen 'Heroes'.
    It's on the massive list of hit shows that i've never seen a second of.

    Amongst them, Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Dexter, NCIS, Bones, One Tree Hill, Supernatural, CSI, Smallville etc.

    yes I always had a kinship with Aussies.

    I've known a couple that lived up in the arctic. been to a few parties with them too and damn they are fun to party with!

    they loved all the Inuit up here too. had a lot of fun with them!
