Hey, did you see McCain on Leno? Who knew he could tell a joke? And some pretty funny ones too.

His wit and sense of humor are well known here in the States. He's always been the most engaging politician. It's one of the reasons he's so popular with the media.

That was good. I liked the Arizona bit and how he went to buy a cup of coffee the next day, but not the paper; what'd be the point?

 

That happens unfortunately. He's been on Letterman a whole bunch of times over the years and has proved to be an excellent guest. He's witty, charming and very intelligent, but best of all he knows how to explain difficult topics in a way anyone can understand and gain insight from. Frankly, I think he would've made an excellent president. I was so torn between McCain and Obama that I didn't cast for either. I just left it blank and voted for all the other contests that I cared about.

 

Salty often disapears for a week or two then returns. Wouldn't worry just yet, I'm sure he'll be back and firing away soon enough.
