Sorry, had a visitor come in my office.

We call those country ribs. It's a different cut by the loin and always has more meat on them. They usually have a little more fat on them two, that's why the wife don't like them as much but I love them.

 

So both are ribs?The second dont look like ribs...

 

We all like fat it tastes better

 

I've had the first ones but they dont have enough to get full ...you need a dozen of these

Yep, there are 3 different cuts of ribs. Baby back, spare, and country. These are spare:

Think of it like steaks - you have t-bone, porter house, filet mignon, etc... there all steaks but differnt cuts of meat.

 

You need to try the country ribs, you only need a few of those with bread, corn, baked beans, and a green salad. That's good eatin right there.

We dont eat that much of this...we usually have it as steaks and minced(google translated it this way)
We mostly have pork and lamb meat.

Those ribs are pork meat. The pigs are rather large that they grow for market here. You can get beef ribs too but I don't like them as well.

Lamb ribs are the best....well they are usually less fat but couldnt find a better pic

 

we call minced meat ground meat btw. We don't eat minced/ground pork, only beef.

 

I've never tried any lamb meat, from what I hear it's very good.

 

You can get ground pork meat -- I think you mean your family doesn't eat it, right bama?
