I've been a DirecTV subscriber for at least 12 years, and when you call them, you get stuck with ten minutes of automated bullshit, ten minutes on hold, and when you finally get a "customer service professional" on the line, they give you attitude. :mad: I give them the same shit that I give to the office hens, when I contact my "elected representatives". :mad:


    That's no where near as much as I thought they'd hit you. I always hear stories of $6 dollar coffees coming from that place. :(
