    They have, it's crazy--they're shutting down the metro at some stops, closing major roads except for busses, running trains at odd hours, opening roads 1-way into town only during the morning and vice-versa at night, etc.

    There's a whole set of rigamarole they do for the 4th of July (huge in DC) every year, but they're expecting 5-10 times as many people for this.

    On the bright side they're letting the bars stay open all night for 3 nights.
