Kate is WAAAAAY hotter now! To say the least.

 

She's had plastic surgery to sharpen her facial features and something to do with her smile. I don't remember the specifics. Probably the standard package for celebs these days. It worked, though. She is definately hotter now than she was back then. Most average Joes would likely be shocked to hear how many of their favorite celebs have gone under the knife. The pursuit of perfection often causes people to do the unthinkable. Many women don't seem to need it, but that doesn't stop them. Have money, will cut.

 

If she has had cosmetic stuff done (which you cant confirm) then good as it looks great.

Plus, if a person isnt happy with themselves and want to make themselves a little happier with a nose tweek or something then its bloody good for them. Look at Jennifer Aniston, she had her nose done twice and it looks great

 

I can't confirm it as fact anymore than you can confirm Aniston's surgery as factual. However, I've read reliable, albeit speculative, articles that say as much. Not to mention, I have eyes in my head, so it's easy to tell she has had work done. But thank you for telling me she looks great as a result. I never would have though to say tha...oh wait, I did.

 

Aniston has stated very publicly that she had two operations to alter her deviated septum the last one being very recently.

actually before I clicked on em the caps looked like Rachel Mcadams. Its definitely her. Anybody who has seen uncovered, and really any phun fan of Kates has at least seen her boobie display, would know that she has changed a lot since those days. Personally I could care less, I'd fuck the shit outta her then or now just the same!
