    We've had 5 1/2 inches of rain in the last 48 hours - still light rain as we speak. We've been well under average and needed it but damn, i'm ready for it to leave.

    Not to bad - just normal phone calls and quick fixes so far. The wife and I were just talking about our summer vacation last night - think we're gonna take a cruise this year instead of flying over to the Bahamas.

    nah, cruises from over here aren't that exspensive - 2 people can go out for 5 days/nights for around $500 - $600 a couple. By the time you tip everyone on the ship what you're supposed to and buy your drinks it ends up around 1K. You can't stay in a condo in Florida for less than that.

    Ive paid £1500 pounds for a 4 night cruise to Cork, Ireland for the family in May, Looking at 2 weeks all inclusive in August for the family, about £2000!!!!!

    My wife sucks demanding a cruise !!!!

    We go to Sandestin, FL every year for our family vacation. The wife's boss has a house down there across the street from the beach with a swimming pool and a golf cart to travel across the street to the beach. It only cost us gas, food, and a cleaning fee of of $65.00 for a week - can't beat it. The cruise will only be the wife and I.

    How does the pound relate to the dollar now?
