i think you are sad that it didn't work out, and that you feel it as a failure, but ultimately it is your life and your decision. You must make what you think is best for you. If you feel that a divorce is what is best for you then that is what you must do. It is ok to be saddened that you feel things didn't work out.

You can't stay with someone you can't live with, it's not good for anyone involved, especially the kids. Children can be really intuitive and sensitive to the health of their parents relationship. If she took the girls you need a lawyer first thing in the morning. You need to locate them and have the lawyer file an order that says what she can and can't do with your kids (like take them out of town). You also need to withdraw money from your joint bank accounts and start an account in your own name. In other words, protect your kids and your money first.
