    To far south for me. You should do the ferry. They have one that takes you to a port right across the street from where we stay when we go down there. The name of the resort is Our Lucaya - check it out, they've got a website.

    Dude..west coast is best coast! If ya wanna true feel for Ireland the mid and north west are the most amazing places ever. Four bedroom detached new house within a mile of the beach, a world class golf course and rivers and lakes for fishing... yours for 270,000 euro and finished to your spec.     I go to Sandestin, it's up in the panhandle and it takes 6 hours driving time to there. Ft. Lauderdale would take around 10 - 11 hours. I've been there before but that long of a drive just isn't worth it.
