    wow what a surprise from a police force that just indicted one of their own for shooting an unarmed man while he was restrained and laying on his stomach that 11 of their officers are now accused of falsifying reports to get illegal search warrents. :rolleyes:

    fucked up oakland cops. i am sure it happens elsewhere as well.

    The host probably limits the d/l to a certain kbs d/l per connection so that it can handle mulitple d/l's at one time.
