    i don't have the sony, i have always had pioneer plasmas. but now after my aquios if i didn't get it at sucha "steal" i would have opted for the bravia. :p

    i had a 42 inch loong ago when they first came out, got me a "super vhs" player that upconverts to higher definition". i gave that to my brother when i upgraded to a 50" for the family room, and 2 years ago i bought a 60" cause i wanted to convert the living room to a movie/entertainment room.

    one of the vendors i buy car stereo supply stuff from sells pioneer car stereos and speakers. Since i am a top seller onc a year they bring into their warehouse home entertainment systems and sell it to me for below cost as a way of saying thanks. So i only paid $2,500 for the 60 inch plasma. That is why i owned so many of them is because of the discounts i can get. But to bad pioneer will no longer be making plasma tv's :(
