Nice rant. So I take it you got some snow today. Still amazing that people here don't know how to drive on snowy/icy roads.

 

Plus, I grew up in Maine so I'm not used to these bozotic cock-monkeys who don't have the slightest idea how to drive in slightly chilled rain (let alone real snow and ice).

 

You're in VA right? (going from the location in info) How often does it snow there? From Cleveland here, we get enough snow each year that one would assume people would be used to driving in it- yet every year people seem to forget and it becomes a game of dodge the asshole.

 

We get more than 1/4" stuck on the road about every other year, and more than 3" once every 4 years or so--and several dustings/frozen ice each year. Not a lot, but enough that it shouldn't be an alien experience to people.

In Maine we got at least a foot 3-6 times a year.

EDIT: Yeah, I'm in Virginia now.

 

Always wonder what people think. It's not only the snow, but even in summer when it rains the idiots forget how to drive. They slow down to about 40 on the highway. But there are the other's that still drive above the speed limit in snow and ice that make it even worse.
