    well there was water.

    I went to turn on the tap and it started leaking. couldn't turn off the water, I had to call a plumber and have him come over to turn off the water. now they are going to replace the valve for the faucet.

    I know man, that was crazy man!

    but got the water turned off before it overflowed. so now I just have to wait for them to replace the valve.

    oh I was talking to the guys up there. they want me back there so that's a plus!

    I won't get charged. the Maintenance is built into my rent here. minor repairs and Plumber time is built into my rent.
