    wow it is unbelievably fucked up what BART police did in my area. Killing innocent unarmed victims as they lay on their back, punching them with a closed fist while they have their hands cuffed behind their back. And oakland PD planting evidence to get warrants on people, as well as one kicking a handcuffed man in the chest and fracturing multiple ribs causing him to die from blunt force trauma
