Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     The team with the ball gets 4 chances to make 10 yards as they advance the ball toward the goal line. If they can't make 10 yards, they have to kick the ball to the other team on their 4th chance. If they fail in 4 chances, the other team gets the ball on the last LINE the opponents had it on.
