You need a change of venue with your wife. A change of scenery for the weekend where you're both in a new and different enviroment, something out of the ordinary you can explore and share together. Try it every other weekend for a while if you can swing it. I'm willing to bet you will see a big change in your attitude, as well as how you feel about your wife.

Hey scribe! Thx for the suggestion I was actually talking about the same thing with wifey yesterday. Getting away now and again. Unfortunately it is not so easy to do right now. I have 2 little ones, 3yrs and 1 1/2yrs and finding a babysitter is next to impossible. I can honestly say that me and the girl have gone out alone maybe 5 or 6 times since my first was born 3yrs ago. I just don't wanna let things get too far gone. I've had that happen in past relationships and this girl is the most wondeful person I have ever known. Everything she does, she has me and my needs in mind. I'd like to give the girl an award for being such a great partner. Maybe another one for being able to tolerate my constant bullshit that I put her through.
