    this is why when you run internet explorer and photoshop it lags on you. whenever you have a browser open that yahoo toolbar is running along with the browser. It is an addon program that you can use to do searches and all the other BS that comes with it. That program alone is using up 1/5th of all your available memory. that is why a memory hog program like photoshop when open with your browser lags so badly. By getting rid of that unnecessary program (yahoo toolbar) you can free up a shitload of memory.

    Also yahoo toolbar has it's weaknesses and can be used by hackers to exploit it's weaknesses. It could be infected with a virus hence it is using up so much memory.
