Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     It all came down on me today when I woke up. Psycho Lady, Blaze, work -- I have panic disorder. I've taken a 'scrip for it since I was 19-20. I only have a severe attack every 2 or 3 years. I had one today. I doubled up on my 'scrip. Then I talked to one of my best friends on the phone, who got me settled down, so to speak.

    Panic attacks are different from anxiety attacks. Thanks to the help I sought out long ago, I rarely have them anymore. I'm OK. Now I'm dealing with guilt from having one, which is normal, too.
