    Just got a phone call, and heard that the 30 year old son of one of my good friends died of a massive heart attack ffs. :( The fucking guy was still wet behind the ears for Christ's sake. :(

    I've got blood pressue issues myself, the wife stays on my ass constantly about my diet and drinking etc.. Because she's heard several other stories simlar to this one.

    Listen to your wife bro, especially where you have kids of your own to think about. ;) Personally, I think genetics plays a bigger role in our fates than does lifestyle. Granted, if you get up in the morning, and inhale a fifth of some smoooove vodka, you're going to fag out at a young age, but I don't think anything enjoyed slightly above moderation has any ill effects.

    My mother died at 60 from a heart attack - it's not been 2 years yet since it happened. It doesn't really matter what it is, she has something to say about it. Only natural to worry I guess.
