Thanks. While I'm getting my chops back, I've learned from my Edits and Collages thread that there is a TON of material to work with that is already merged. Almost too much! DeadLamb just posted in there last night. He's one of the primo cappers/imagers.

 

I've never really tryed to make any of those collages, I'm still a noob at photoshop. I might just give them a try sometime.

 

Start with a simple edit with the same girl on the right and left... merge the pics and see what happens!

 

I will give it a go...selecting the images is one of the hard parts for me.

 

For a full-size edit, the seamless merge is the trick, too. Some people use layer masks and cut around the images ... everyone does it different.

 

From the work I've seen you do, I don't think you'd have a problem, 3.

Those are just simple cut outs though placed on a background I don't know if there even classed as collages.

 

when i make sigs they usually end up completely different than what i had in mind, i'll scrap an idea half way then start again.

I never hardly ever have a plan when I start a sig. It just comes together.

 

Go to my Collages thread and search absinthOpfer. He's the new kid on the block that is doing real collages. He's from Germany. Hardly speaks English. I'm trying to get him over here, too.

Most guys are collaging vid-caps now. A wast of artistic talent, but that's the trend. But, that is the fucking reason I started the Collages thread: I knew you guys were great, and I was trying to encourage you to do full-size collages by posting other people's.

 

I gotta thank you toolz, i probably would have never got into photoshop if it wasn't for the cool sigs thread bro!

 

The good sigs are technically collages in a 450x150 space.
