    You what the ultimate justice would be to get back at the paparazzi in this situation? Don't go off half cocked and screaming mad - that just makes for great tabloid pics. In this situation, she should have just CALMLY asked for the Pap's insurance info and filed a claim quietly and silently in the saftey of her own home. INSTEAD of going crazy and losing her shit over the situation. The Paps usually do these stupid kind of things on purpose just to get someone's goat, hoping they'll fly off the handle like Lily did.

    That's how you get even with them - don't give them any fodder.

    Hey, I'm not sticking up for the photographer by any means; I think the vast majority of them are bottom feeders. I'm simply pointing out the glaring contradiction here. Her "celebrity" status affords her a much longer legal leash than the rest of the peasant population.
