  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    It's on the apple trailers link in the first page. You need to have quicktime installed, but there's no reason why it shouldn't be loading. Alternatively, the youtube link two posts above yours has a HD version, although obviously not as good.

    Maybe not on a PC, but on Macintosh it works fine (even though I prefer VLC Player most of the time). :)

    QuickTime is a video viewing software program though......not a codec.

    Well, yeah, but it's the codec that you need to play the file. The juicy fruit inside the ugly, brushed aluminum shell.

    That's the point I was making. :p
