    Agreed. That laugh was annoying, she was leaned over into Jay's microphone the whole time she was interviewed, leaning over toward Lt. Dengle while he was talking, and she seemed so immature. I don't think I could hold an intelligent conversation with her. I enjoy seeing her in pictures more than in unscripted video.

    What more do you expect from a 16 year old? Miley still has annoying juvenile thoughts at her age like most teens. While her body has matured some, and is still in it's maturing phase, her intellect hasn't caught up yet. Can't wait to see how she will turn out in a few years?
