    The ones we catch in the Gulf of Mexico get pretty big. The average one we keep is somewhere around 15-20 lbs. They're about the ugliest fish i've ever seen but the meat is awsome. It's white as snow and never has a "fishy" smell to it. Great for frying, grilling, anyway you want to fix it.
