Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    That would have been a disaster.

    The guys who came told a story of another 2nd floor apartment here. A couple months ago the renter's friend flushed the toilet and they both left for the day. There was a vacant apartment below them. The toilet ran over and kept going for hours, until the ceiling of the first floor apartment's ceilings caved in. The noise woke up the neighbors of the building, who called it in.
