    I think they'll be good again in 2-3 years, then things may swing the other way. OSU can't do anything against the spread O.

    yeah its too bad, I used to be a big lions fan back in the day. it all comes down to bad management. they should have tried to get pioli before the chiefs grabbed him.

    Very true, although around here only football talk gets people going. Most who love OSU football don't care about the basketball program. I'm a baseball fan first, then basketball, football third.

    yeah i love sports rivalries. it gives a whole new dimension to games. Im a big nfl guy and back in the day there were some good ones. I like to think they are making a comeback despite goodell trying to pussify the league.

    I think the best in American sports. Red Sox-Yanks may be close, but 26-3(?) Series doesn't seem like a rivalry to me.

    VERY true. Politically Northern Ohio is very Democratic while Southern OH is Republican and very 'Bible Belt' like. Cincy could go either way, but mostly viewed as 'Northern Kentucky'.

    That's literally what I heard. I can usually pick up a southern Ohio accent -- it's really close to Kentucky's accent.
