    Yes...i had Norton...and my pc got fucked up.
    I had Panda Antivirus...the same...
    McAfee..the same...
    If it gets through...you cant be saved....
    Now i only have firewall and antispyware...and im better....i just have to be careful what i down...;)

    I use Windows defender, Avast antivirus (awesome boot up scanner that removes almost any virus), Malwarebytes and spywareblaster. They are all free. Sounds like a lot but they all take up barely any cpu power compared to the likes of Norton and McFee. My 2 year old desktop still boots up in about 40 seconds.
