Well, they have a memorial every year, mostly for the families, but this being the 20th Anniversary and all.

We don't really go in for the big yearly wail-fests. Not really our way.

 

For things like 911 the entire country does. For things like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbine_High_School_massacre it's usually just the area that does, but they do something to recognize the lost and their families on the anniversary date.

 

Well, September 11th really doesn't have a parellel, does it?

 

Funnily enough, one of our channels is doing a bit on Columbine next week. Reconstructions, examinations, all that `reality` shit.
