Illegal downloading, I think. I don't know the details of the case, though.

 

They're getting sued by....well, everyone, really. But Sweden's loose privacy laws, internet related etc, should protect them from the rest of the world.

Like they say, even if the decision goes against them tomorrow, it's just the first stage in an appeals process, so nothing really changes. But it does set the tone.

If they win....I don't know what happens then.


But they had it right when the case was announced; strike them down and others will return, ten times more powerful. Napster, case in point.
