I`m a bit lost. I`m probably more easy going and go by the feeling i get when i meet someone.

You must train yourself to draw the boundary line now. It is good to spread word and pictures of people we admire. We have all done that. Anything beyond that is not healthy. It is OK to have fantasies about anything we want. We just have to separate our fantasies from what is real.

These feelings have been around for sometime. The last breakup I had was after these feelings manifested themselves but had nothing to do with the breakup. Me and the woman were just not compatible in a relationship way but we are still best friends. I can not pinpoint the time when they started. I have not had alcohol in 4 years so that is not a factor. The only way that these feelings have been affecting my day to day routine is that I find it easier to do the shit I don't want to because I realize there is something greater that I am moving towards. I am at a loss at how to explain this but I can say that these feelings have, nine times out of ten been helpful on seeing a reason to keep going.
