Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I know countless people who claim to be insomniacs and thus take sleeping pills, and even though I tell them, they're reluctant to believe that the pills themselves are what caused their sleep issues.

    I don't think people realize the addiction that can form from those things. Only time I'll take them is on a really long flight, I can fall asleep on a plane otherwise.
