Well I know I talk too much but:

The flat is fixed, so I have 4 good tires. Yay.

 

Oh man, I know. My teeth are okay, cuz I have been using those whitestrips, but my fam hates it and I do too. Been smoking since I was 17. I am 29 now. I started in high school cuz my girl then did and I wanted to look cool. Worst. Willpower. Ever. I quit for three days last year. 3!!!! Hannukah is longer!

 

I quit for 1.5 days twice. I'm addicted.

 

12 years! That's rough to try and quit after that long, but it's far from impossible.

I can't say I know any "tactics" to help the process along, I think it's mainly just a matter of breaking the routines involved with smoking. For instance every morning I'd always have a smoke with my coffee, I didn't even think about it, it was like second nature.

I guess it boils down to a matter of will, I wish you luck though! I hope to hear sometime that you've quit.
