Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     True, but the grounds make up the difference there IMO. The flower/bush gardens and lawn were impeckable.

    Sorry no, we didn't go by there on this particular visit. I knew before hand if it was that crowded on a normal weekend I didn't want to get close to it with that many visitors around - traffic would've been a nightmare.

    surprisingly I'm fine in crowded places.

    you think living in such an open expanse I would be a little freaked out in huge crowded places like huge cities but I'm fine there.

    in the states?

    NYC. 4 weeks.
    Outer Banks. another 4 weeks.
    New Orleans and around. yet another 4 weeks...
    Shenandoah. that makes a third of a year already ;)

    never made it west of the Mississippi. so all the Monument Valleys, Canyons, SF, LA, Yosemite - maybe one day.

    I can understand that only 4 weeks is not much and seeing that Your writing makes me wonder if i should not take a year, rent a nice car and drive all over the place.
    Anyway, as said i`m not much into big cities, so i think i would drive around and find the "real America" if that even is there anymore ...
