Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     That one is a pork roast, the most popular one over here is a beef roast - regular beef used with this stock of meat :

    You're right, it's made for convience - the good old iron pots & pans cook in the best flavors. These have a timer on it, just throw it in - set the temp - set the cook time - and walk away till the buzzer goes off.

    Keeps the fat from falling off so the juices will run all over the meat while cooking instead of globbing up on the bottom of the pan.
    I wouldn't say I win, just chose a different life style that's all. ;) Believe me, it's hell on earth some days - but it's all worth it in the end.
