Kinda weirded out a little, to be honest, of the phun obsession with miley cyrus and the bikini pics. I don't have to be associated with the love it is getting, but still...I come to the site for women, and I don't think it qualifies. Maybe it is just me...not to be a downer, but I think it is a low point.

 

That's a thought out and excellent list. I haven't heard Dave King. The others are all influences on me -- if I could play like Steve Gadd -- whew! That would be tops!

I have so many favorites -- even some that I don't think are that tremendous but played tremendously on one or two songs.

Put Steve Gadd on my list too. I'll just try to rattle some names off...

In the NBA playoffs, you have to win three, seven game series to reach the championship round. The celtics won last years championship. This was the second round and they looked old playing two 7 game series. So they go home. It doesn't really matter!

 

To be honest Miley doesn't really do much for me either. I know what you mean. I still can't believe people are still bumping that Rihanna thread.

I used to be into basketball but not since the Jordan Bulls era when it was on normal TV over here each week. I haven't really seen it since.

I've heard of most of those and another great list PM. As you say, it's so tough to pick a favourite, particularly as I have a hugely eclectic taste in music.

I can't believe the comments people are leaving in the thread of a 16 year old girl in a bikini with her family. I got ticked off when it was first posted and made comments to a couple of guys speaking some stupid shit. Then decided to just stay out of there. Technically we should not let it be posted, she is too young...

 

You've entered a board where the rule is 16 and above. I accept the rules of the board -- I just stay away from things I don't like.

Inca, I think now is a great time to try and find a forum to watch basketball again. The finals hopefully are shaping up to be Kobe Bryant vs, or for those in britain v. Lebron James

 

I left off some classical percussionists and other stuff -- I admire too many drummers to name. It'd drive me crazy trying to make a comprehensive list.

Guys, take it easy. If you didn't know 16 and above is the rule, now you do. There is so much on Phun that you would hate -- stuff you haven't seen yet -- that you just stay away from it. Take my advice, please.
