    My former roommates tended tocook alot of foods that went well with gravy. Lots of roasted beef and chicken, and they were fond of heavy stews. All very good by the way. I tend to eat lighter as a rule. Pasta, poultry and fish, salads, sandwiches, etc.
    Tis so. 10 or 15 more pounds and I'll be happy. 165 is a good weight for me, I believe.
