At work shitting around. Got called in last night at midnight - went home and at about 1:30 then got called in at 6:00 this a.m. I'm a little delirious. Now i'm just wasting a little time before I head to the golf course.

 

Just getting lazy on Sunday PM....

At least its windy today...and its cooler...

 

I don't know what the hell is going on to be honest with you. I guess Alabama power is fucking with us. We've had several power outages with virtually no clouds in the sky We've got 4 generators - 2 each run in sink with each other. 1 pair is for patient care items, other is for systems that run patient care. Thanks God the patient care items haven't been effected but all my shit has. For some reason the 2 generators aren't sinking so all my servers keep going up and down.

 

That's a little weird. Something doesn't add up.

No it doesn't. The generators kick in within 2 minutes. We've set all our stuff up on UPS to hold for 10 minutes but the power is staying off longer than that each time it goes off. I've just been lucky to get everything back up that's went down unexpectedly. Hopefully they're through with whatever the hell they're doing.

Sorry to say Hayd, but she doesn't look attractive at all there to me. I'd much rather see her from behind in some tight jeans

 

You'd think they'd tell a hospital what they're doing.

 

They usually do Still...we shouldn't be having these problems. We test the generators every Wednesday @ 4:00 a.m. and haven't had any issues for quite some time. Yet for some reason nothing is working right.

This one's gonna take some work by the power company. I wonder if they're not paying weekend OT and waiting till Monday to bring in the big guns to figure it out?

• Nicklas Lidstrom: He was speared in the testicles by Patrick Sharp during Game 3 against Chicago and underwent surgery on the area two days later. he Missed Games 4 and 5 against Chicago, then returned and played every game of the Cup finals.

• Brian Rafalski: He ruptured a disk in his back between the first and second round but returned for Game 6 against Anaheim. “It got to the point where he could play again,” Holland said, “but if had been the regular season, he would have been out another week or two. He played through the pain of a herniated disk.”

• Kris Draper: He missed the first 10 games of the playoffs after taking a stick to the throat that tore cartilage in the neck area, Holland said. “As a precaution, we didn’t want him to get hit in the neck and have something go down the air pipe wrong.” Draper was out from Game 4 against Chicago to Game 5 against Pittsburgh because of a pulled groin.

• Pavel Datsyuk: Suffered a charley horse when he was hit along the boards and also was hit by a slap shot in his foot during Game 2 against Chicago, causing him to miss seven games. “The charley horse turned out to be more significant,” Holland said. “He never was 100% -- he didn’t have any thrust. A charley horse can be a 4-6-week injury, but he pushed through to play.”

• Dan Cleary: Played through a groin pull suffered in Game 4 against Pittsburgh. “He was very sore after Game 4, and we didn’t expect him to play in Game 5,” Holland said. “An MRI showed he had a significant groin injury, but he wanted to play.”

 

No, they never spare any exspense to get power up for this place and whenever they're testing stuff they always do it at night or on the weekends. We actually have 2 main feeds coming in from 2 different power plants. It too is supposed to automatically switch over within 2 minutes. The electricians here said that they called them and they're not doing anything - but there's no way in hell they aren't - to many outages in to short of a time period. Something's going on, i've been here to long to not know any better.

 

Like I said, that's just not the case here usually - that's what so confusing.

 

And it's definitely, 100% not the hospital -- it's the power company for sure?
