    It took a while, but I solved it. I set the site up having temporary cookie rights, the cookies are tagged and my system will sort cookies so the tagged ones are together in the table, so I can delete at the end of each session. It took about nine tries to get all of the associated cookie block commands deleted.

    I can see again! :p

    Check your cookie blocks - I have to approve all cookies on my system with an option to set for each site. I had to find all of the related blocks on imagehaven, remove them, and will only give a temporary approval which tags the cookies and allows me to find and delete after each session should I desire to do so. ;)
