    I have to say. Growing up with conan I am having trouble with the decision between him and david letterman and I have to say that I have chosen dave so far. I'm not sure why, but I enjoy him as a storyteller I think.

    I have to go along with you on that, though I sense I'm older than you by some years. Dave hit the air when I was 18 I think. I've been a fan since day one. I do like Conan though. I think he's clever as hell.

    The Obama administration is not going after medical marijuana growers and sellers that comply with state laws. kudos to a bit of sane policy for a change.

    I'm 29 and I remember when I was in high school having my room next to my mom and step-dad. I didn't want to get in trouble, but loved conan and would turn it on and place a towel by the door to hide the light. I would mute the sound and turn on closed captioning and hide the laughter.

    But dave letterman just gives off an aura of realness, whether it is his 9/11 response, or the way he acknowledged bill hicks, that has made me appreciate him as a human that isn't a slave to ratings.
