    I always love the feeling when I first walk thru the door after work. I have off until monday...well sorta off. Wifey is getting her gall bladder removed tomorrow so I'll be nursing her. Luckily her parents are taking the kids for a few days.

    they are hoping to do the laproscopic. Im keeping my fingers crossed that is the case. If they do the lapro and doesnt have any negative reaction to the anesthesia shee more than likely would come home that same day.

    Yeah, Lapro is great is they can do it that way. I had an apendectomy at 2AM on a Tuesday, discharges around noon, and rode my bike 11 hours on Saturday to Maggie Valley, NC. Never could have done that with open incision....;)

    yea i guess their main concern is that there are no stones causing any blockage. If there is then they will probably do open surgery.

    Open incision is not all that bad, just a bit longer recovery time. I have had open incision abdominal surgery 4 times, all hernia repairs....belly looks like a damn road map, but other than that, I am full of piss and vinegar! :rofl:
